Commissions
A piece made for one person — to mark a moment, or to hold on to a memory. Bring an idea, an object, a photograph, or just a feeling, and we’ll design it together.

What I can make for you

Keepsake pieces
Jewelry that holds something of yours — a photograph, handwriting, a small object, a place.

Rings
Everyday rings, stacking sets, or a ring to mark a milestone.

Enamel in your colors
Earrings, pendants or brooches from the studio collection, made in a palette you choose.

Gifts & sets
Matching pieces for a family, a wedding party, or a team.
Made before
Pieces from the studio that have already found a home. If one speaks to you, I can make something in the same spirit — just ask.

How it works
Most commissions take 1–4 weeks from first message to finished piece, depending on the material.
Step 1: Tell me your idea
Book a short chat, or send a message with reference photos. I usually reply within 48 hours.
Step 2: Talk & sketch
A call or studio visit, then sketches and material options for you to choose from.
Step 3: Quote & deposit
A fixed quote, and a 50% deposit through a secure Square invoice to begin.
Step 4: Making
Handmade in the studio, with progress photos along the way.
Step 5: It’s yours
Pay the balance, then pick it up or have it shipped, gift-boxed.
Every commission is personal
There’s no price list — each piece is shaped by your story, the materials, and the time it takes to make. The best first step is simply a conversation: tell me what you have in mind (and a budget, if you have one), and we’ll find what’s possible together.
Pick a time that suits you — video or phone. No commitment.

How much does a commission cost?
It depends entirely on the piece. Share your idea and any budget you have in mind, and I’ll suggest options that fit.
I have a deadline — can you make it in time?
Tell me the date when you first get in touch. If it’s sooner than my usual timeline, I’ll let you know honestly what’s possible.
Can you use my own gold or a family heirloom?
Often, yes. A family stone, an old ring or a meaningful object can be reworked into something new. Bring it to our first chat and I’ll tell you what the material allows.
Do you work with people outside Washington?
Yes. We can talk by video call, and finished pieces ship with tracking.
What if I want changes along the way?
You’ll see sketches before anything is made and progress photos while I work, so there’s room to adjust early. If a bigger change affects the quote, I’ll always check with you first.
Have something in mind?
Even a rough idea is a good place to start.
