This site collects as little as it can. Here’s what happens to the information you share, in plain words.
In plain words
The contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address, message and any photos you attach go to my studio inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, so I can reply. Nothing is stored on this website. To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at basic browser signals to tell people from bots, not to track you.
Booking a chat
Booking a free chat on the Commissions page goes through Google Calendar. Google receives the name and email you enter and sends the invitation to both of us.
Orders
Purchases on this site are paid through Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy; this site never sees them. At my market booth, payments go through Square. If you buy from my Etsy store, Etsy’s privacy policy applies instead. Stripe emails your receipt. I receive your name, email, phone number and shipping address so I can send your order or arrange pickup, and I use them only for that.
Visitor statistics
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn’t follow you to other sites.
Who sees your information
I never sell your information or share it with anyone beyond the services named on this page, and only for the reasons given here.
Your information
To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, email studio@dannixu.com. I keep order records as long as tax rules require, and delete messages I no longer need.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and doesn’t track you, so there’s no cookie banner. Stripe, Square, Etsy and Google use their own cookies on their own pages when you check out, pay an invoice or book.
